What shipping options are available?

How do I track my order?
When you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships you will receive a shipping notification email. Use this number on the carrier's website to track your package.
If you're not receiving confirmation emails, please contact customer service at Books International.
I only received part of my order. Where's the rest?
Orders are sometimes split into multiple shipments based on item availability. Check your packing slip for split shipment notation. If you're unsure, contact customer service at Books International with your packing slip or invoice information.
Will I be charged sales tax?
- California orders: Subject to applicable California sales tax
- Out-of-state orders: No sales tax charged on orders shipped to destinations outside of CA.
- Book Resellers and Federal Employees: Contact customer service for assistance in placing your order.
How do I place a tax-exempt order?

How do I return an item?
You can receive a refund when:
- An order or item is undelivered
- The wrong item is delivered
- An order or item arrives damaged or defective
Return Requirements:
- Items must be in unused, salable condition
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- Allow approximately 14 business days for refund processing
- Refunds are issued to the original credit card and appear as "Stylus"
