Tulare County UC Cooperative Extension 4-H

Resources

4-H Record Books

A 4-H Record Book is a personal record of a youth member’s 4-H journey that includes their projects, activities, events, leadership experiences, skills, and accomplishments. Keeping a Record Book helps members build important life skills such as goal setting, organization, reflection, and record keeping while tracking their growth throughout the year.

Members may choose to submit their Record Book for evaluation at the club, county, and state levels.

The Record Book and Achievement Programs are optional and separate opportunities. We encourage members to participate in both to make the most of their 4-H experience and personal growth.
