UC ANR employees are required to complete the eligibility form, certifying that University-provided portable electronic device(s) and/or related service(s) will be used primarily for University business. Policy BFB-G-46 requires that the employee sign an agreement to substantiate that the resource(s) and/or the related services will be used primarily for University business.

Disposal of UC Property

Disposition Excess Property Transfer
Request for sale, transfer, donation, or recycle of Non-FEPP, UC-owned property. Inventory tagged items with an original purchase price of $5,000 or more.
Equipment Acquisition Request
Equipment acquisition requests for equipment with engines/motors and for equipment that are greater than $10,000, including tax, shipping, and license fees.

UCANR is the borrower of equipment.

Equipment Use, Storage and Maintenance Agreement
Equipment Use, Storage and Maintenance Agreement — When a PI wants to store their equipment at a REC for use on their project.
Addendum A: Additional Authorized Users — Extends the agreement to include approved users who have completed training and accepted terms.

Flex Work Policy
These documents involve developing a comprehensive Flex Work Policy for your REC. Use the outlined guidelines and procedures to develop your RECs flexible work arrangements, including remote work and flexible hours. It aims to support work-life balance while maintaining productivity and meeting organizational goals.
