What is the NPI LHD Evaluation OneDrive?
NPI’s CFHL Evaluation Team hosts LHD-specific OneDrive folders to share and collaborate on data files efficiently and securely! Files housed in these folders include but are not limited to: SLAQ exports and response summaries, PEARS QAQC issue files, IOE datasets, and Adult DE datasets.
When should I check my LHD’s NPI LDH Evaluation OneDrive folder?
Most teams will need to check their folders at least quarterly. If you are searching specifically for a local evaluation-related product, your OneDrive folder is a good first place to check. If you aren’t already, sign up for our listservs—we send announcements when data products are added to your folder!
Who has access to these folders?
Data security is important to us! Project Officers (POs) have viewing access to all LHD folders. Project Directors (PDs) at each county have indicated who on their local team ought to have access to the contents of their respective OneDrive folder. If you are a PD and you would like to give someone access, just let us know via EvaluateSNAPEd@ucanr.edu.
I’m having trouble using my LHD’s link! What do I do?
- If you are a new PD, please ask your PO to reach out to us to update your LHD’s access.
- If you are LHD staff or subcontractor, please check with your LHD’s PD to confirm that you ought to have editing access to your LHD’s OneDrive folder—access to LHD OneDrive folders is given at the discretion of their respective PDs. Those with view-only permissions will have received a different link to bookmark via email.
- If your PD confirms that you should have editing access to the LHD OneDrive folder, or you are a PD/PO, please email EvaluateSNAPEd@ucanr.edu and we will help troubleshoot the issue. Including a screenshot of your error message will help us resolve the issue quickly.
