Make dinner for two with this in-person, hands-on class. You and a partner will make ingredients for dinner for 2. You'll pressure can chicken, make a Thai dipping sauce in a steam canner, and get recipes for dry spice blends you can make at home.

Organic Ag Mixer 4:30 - 6:30 pm Hearth Living Room EcoFarm Conference Calling all supporters of organic agriculture research, extension and education! The UC Organic Agriculture Institute, CCOF, and the Organic Farming Research Foundation (OFRF) have joined forces to host this all organic mixer.

This home vineyard workshop is an overview of three grape-growing approaches: Organic/sustainable; Dry-farming/deficit irrigation; and Climate-conscious conventional vineyards.

Its important to consider your water use as you plan a new or redefined garden. This workshop will discuss watering needs, strategies, and resources, and provide and demonstrate useful tips for designing and implementing a drip irrigation system.

2025 Spring Plant Give and Take The Plant Give and Take event is a FREE event for all community members to exchange plants and other garden items, presented by the Merced Colony Grange with volunteer help from UC Master Gardener Program of Merced County.
