Honey Bees and Their Delicious Honey, 10:30am
Debbie Blake, UC Master Gardener of Butte County

It takes one honey bee two hundred trips to a flower to bring in enough nectar to create one drop of honey. How does she do it and what goes into this delicious delicacy? Come learn about the creation of honey and different honey varietals from a local beekeeper. You’ll learn about color and texture, and have the opportunity to taste several different kinds of honey in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
