Adding a "Chopped-type" activity to a project meeting or larger activity such as a county field day can encourage youth members to use their project skills in a whole new way.  This interactive workshop will give participants both the knowledge and experience necessary to lead a Chopped activity in their county. 

Come be a part of a fun and engaging way to help youth think outside of the box when it comes to working with food!

Have you ever struggle with keeping youth engaged in 4-H?  Using the Data Party technique, this presentation will go over lessons learned from our multi-state youth retention study looking at first-year members experiences.

Participants will walk away will keys ways to implement changes in their club or project that MAY keep kids in the program longer.

Kick off the new 4-H year right with this workshop that will give you tools to take back to your local program and allow you to maximize the beautiful natural setting of Asilomar to nurture your own soul. 

Through experiential learning, this workshop guides participants through mindfulness exercises designed to alleviate stress and anxiety and create a positive life.
