The UC Master Gardener Program designed the California Garden Web to serve as a portal to organize and extend the University of California's vast collection of research-based information about gardening to the public. The California Garden Web focuses on sustainable gardening practices and uses a question and answer format to present solutions. The blog below highlights gardening issues pertaining to the season.

UC Integrated Pest Management Webinar Series
The UC Statewide Integrated Pest Management Urban & Community Program is excited to present a new monthly webinar series that is free and open to the public. Presenters will share helpful pest management information for California residents. Topics will vary each month, covering landscape pest management, household pests, rodent identification, understanding pesticides, management for weeds, invasive pests and more.

"Due to uncertainty with the Coronavirus pandemic, the planned 2021 Fresno/Madera County Master Gardener training class has been canceled. Our next series of training classes will begin in January 2023, with an on-line application window opening in June 2022. Please continue your interest in our program and in gardening.
