Privacy Disclosure

UC Agriculture and Natural Resources (UC ANR) and the California 4-H Foundation (CA 4-H Foundation) value the privacy of our donors. The personal information you provide is maintained confidentially and used solely for UC ANR or CA 4-H Foundation business. It will not be disclosed without your consent, except for certain documented circumstances in which disclosure is required by law.

One of the ways we may express our gratitude for your gift is by listing the names of donors in publications, such as annual reports and donor updates, or on our website. By making a gift to UC ANR or the California 4-H Foundation, you may be recognized in this way. Should you prefer that your name not be published, please notify Development Services at the address above, by calling (530) 750-1202, or via email at ca4Hfoundation@ucanr.edu. 

We will not sell, share or trade our donors' names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations. This policy applies to all information received by UC ANR and the CA 4-H Foundation, both online and offline, on any platform, as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications. To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation. 

Tax Deductibility and Tax ID numbers 

All gifts made to UC ANR through the UC Regents or to the California 4-H Foundation are irrevocable and tax-deductible as prescribed by law.

The tax identification number for the California 4-H Foundation is 23-7327765.
