Instructor: Barbara Brydon Location: LOCATION CHANGE: Bethell-Delfino Agriculture Building 311 Fair Lane, Placerville. Fee: Free! Pre-registration is required! After learning some basics about parts and needs of plants, children will plant a succulent cutting in a small pot.

Come join Solano Master Gardeners Jan, Diane, and Judith as they help expose the secrets to growing and caring for houseplants. Includes why grow houseplants, choosing the right plants and setting, the mystical properties of watering, and what pests you may encounter.

Event Name: Growing Cool Season Vegetables on the SF Peninsula Description: Cool season vegetable gardening is different from planting a summer garden. Not difficult but you do need to pay a bit more attention to temperature and growing conditions.

The Farm Robotics Challenge is exploring what it would look like to build an option for secondary school students to participate in the challenge. Our goal is to build out categories for participation that we can roll out for the 2025/26 academic year.

This UC California Naturalist Course will focus on the local watersheds. Alameda Creek Watershed and surrounding natural areas in addition to the Arroyo Viejo Watershed.
