Learn the art and science behind composting from a local Master Composter. Learn about the importance of managing your organic waste (food scraps and yard trimmings) at home. As the drought worsens and the climate warms, home-based waste management has never been more relevant.

A regular workday at the demo garden on Thursdays, 1pm to 6pm/dusk. The gate will indeed be open and members of the public are welcome to drop in and enjoy the garden and ask for advice. There will be public demos and plant sales.
