I love having stuff in the freezer so that I don't always have to cook. It's not hard to make extra when you're making it the first time. Thanks for the info links too Lauria!

Thank you Les. I will freeze leftover cooked meats, and leftover veggies are good for soups.  
 
If you cook/roast/barbeque spareribs and have leftovers, try freezing those. I swear, they are almost better than the first time. Wrap the frozen ribs in aluminum foil, put in a couple of teaspoons of water, seal tightly then heat till piping hot in an oven at "universal Mom temp", i.e. 350ºF. If they were a little tough the first time, they will be quite nice upon re-heating.
