Mary Lanzi Perpetual Home Economics (Clothing & Textiles) Award 2025-2026

Mary Lanzi Award Plaque

Each year the Mary Lanzi Perpetual Home Economics Clothing Award is presented to a top clothing member. Mary Lanzi was a 4-H Leader in Glenn County for over 40 years. She planned the Fashion Revue for years and always crowned the winner. It is in her memory that this award was initiated. This award will be chosen based on the youth members’ application and qualifications.

 

Eligibility

Minimum qualifications - All 4-H members are eligible to apply for the Mary Lanzi Award if all of the following are true:

  • Be 9-19 years old by Dec. 31, 2024 (Junior, Intermediate, and Senior members) for the 2025-2026 4-H program year.
  • Be currently enrolled in the Glenn County 4-H Program.
  • Be currently enrolled in a Clothing & Textiles Project.
  • Have completed two or more years of 4-H.

 

Application

Glenn County 4-H Mary Lanzi Guidelines and Application 2025-2026

Submit an application and a current photo for publicity purposes by Monday, June 29, 2026, to the UCCE Office. You may email, mail, drop your application in our drop box, or bring your application into the UCCE Office.
