Our 2026-2027 County Ambassador Program
County Ambassadors serve the County 4-H Program in a number of ways. Through the County Ambassador experience, youth will learn and grow by meeting the following expectations:
- Set and achieve personal and team leadership goals
- Develop a service learning project founded on the team leadership goals
- Actively attend regularly-scheduled Ambassador team meetings
- Promote 4-H and support recruitment efforts
- Serve as a leadership role model for others
- Serve at one County 4-H event or countywide project per quarter
- Represent 4-H in a professional manner upholding the 4-H values within 4-H and the community
New for 2026-2027 - Join the Junior Ambassador Project
This project will allow members starting at age 11 to participate in this special leadership development project that will give them the opportunity to build their leadership skills, develop a leadership development plan that could include applying to become a County Ambassador in a later program year, and expand their leadership roles in their club and county.
