As a Club Leader, you support the growth and continuation of your 4-H club through:
Oversight of club activities to ensure that all of the members of your club have access to a variety of learning experiences.
Being a key contact for your club to receive and share updates and information about opportunities for your members and families.
Serving as the mentor and advisor to support your Club Officers to gain leadership skills as they fulfill their duties.

4-H Constitution Template
Constitution: This is the foundational document. It outlines the basic structure and purpose of the club—things like the club's name, mission, membership, and what officers exist. In short, what the club is. -

Bylaws: These are the detailed operating rules that explain how the club functions day-to-day. Form 8.4 4-H Club Budget
Clubs use this form at the beginning and end of the year to submit their anticipated/proposed budget and budget vs actuals. -

Fundraising Approval Form 8.7
Use this form to request to hold a fundraiser. Please submit this form to the 4-H office at least one month before holding your fundraiser. -
