Adobe Acrobat Pro

Adobe Acrobat Pro is advertised as being a full featured software application designed for creating, editing and converting documents to PDF files. You can add Signature Fields, and other form elements using Acrobat Pro.

PDFs are designed to be shared regardless of the software, hardware, or operating systems being used by anyone who views the document. Most web browsers will open PDFs as will software such as the Free version of Acrobat Reader available for Windows and the Mac OS.
