Our Work

UC ANR Innovate operates programs and initiatives that move innovation closer to adoption, connecting startups to growers, training the next generation of agricultural technologists, and building the infrastructure California needs to lead.

The VINE

Our flagship applied innovation pipeline connecting startups, researchers, growers, and industry through workshops and field demonstrations across California. The VINE operates through two tracks: Build workshops for early-stage technology development and Connect field days for direct startup-grower engagement. Guided by an Industry Advisory Board representing 23 commodities across 16 counties.
