If you have difficulties submitting the form, you may email a description of your problem to mastergardeners@countyofnapa.org or leave a phone message at 707-253-4143. Providing the following information will help us answer your question quickly:
- Name and contact information (email and/or phone number)
- General location (North/South Napa, Yountville, etc.)
- Type/Name of plant
- Age/Size of plant
- Symptoms (sudden, slow spread, or seasonal)
- Drainage and irrigation
- Soil type (rocky, clay, sandy, raised bed mix, etc.)
- Exposure (full sun, part shade in AM/PM, full shade)
- Chemical or fertilizer use
- Pest activity
- Photo attachments (high quality photos work best)

Master Gardeners are available at the UC Cooperative Extension Napa County on Mondays and Fridays from 10 am until 1 pm. We are located at 1710 Soscol Avenue, Suite 4.
