Visit our information tables and plant clinics at local farmers' markets (Vallejo), community events, and a few big box stores
Email questions are typically answered within 2–3 business days.
If bringing a plant, insect, or disease sample to the office, please place it in a sealed, clear bag labeled with your name, phone number, and/or email address.
If leaving a message on the phone line, include your name, phone number, email address, and a description of your problem.
If emailing about a sample, include clear photos showing both close-up details and the overall plant or damage. Please also share your observations about the situation and the age of the plant.
Please note: We focus on home gardening. We are not able to advise on large-scale commercial operations, test soil, identify mushrooms for consumption, or conduct private landscape design visits.
