Designer: Banner

If your site is using the second style, you will have the opportunity to select a banner color, as seen in this screen shot.

Unlike the site style, banner colors can be chosen site wide and within the page properties. The banner will adjust to the size needed to back fill your site header text. If you use a photograph, you will see a colorful swoop (a.k.a. "The Bendy"). If you select "No photo," the bendy will scoot off of the page, creating a solid banner.
