Spoke on basic food preservation. Taught Strawberry Marmalade. Oh my, will never make plain Strawberry Jam again.
The class was all male, a first for me, but they seemed to enjoy it, especially tasting the marmalade!

Thanks, Dee for your presentation at the Crestline Library. It's nice to have speakers come to us in the mountains. Hope you will come back, soon.

Hi Pat and Dee,

Thanks so much for the great food preservation talks! I heard they were thoroughly enjoyed by all and expertly executed! I'm proud of the fact that the county reveres the MFP and MG program so highly that they desire these classes. We are asking them in FY 2018/19 (starting July 1) contract to please include promotion in the county-wire as well as the library websites. And, a reporter form the Chino Champion emailed saying she will cover promotion for upcoming west end events! Janet
