Napa County 4-H Program Leadership Team Quarterly Dinner Meetings
The Napa County 4-H Program Leadership Team quarterly dinner meetings foster leadership, connection, and community across Napa County 4-H. These gatherings bring participants together to share updates, strengthen communication, and collaboratively plan programs and activities that support the growth of Napa County 4-H. All Napa County 4-H youth and adults from community clubs, programs, and county committees are invited to attend, and each program is encouraged to send at least one youth or adult representative. Youth ages 11 and older, along with adult volunteers, are encouraged to serve on county leadership team committees. Official quarterly meeting dates are published annually in the Napa County 4-H Events and Deadlines Calendar.

4-H Achievement Night Welcome Back Carnival & Awards Ceremony
The 4-H Achievement Night Welcome Back Carnival & Awards Ceremony celebrates the accomplishments of the previous 4-H program year while kicking off an exciting new one. The evening begins with a family-friendly carnival where 4-H youth members and their families can enjoy fun for all ages, connect with one another, build community, and meet new friends. The night concludes with an Awards Ceremony recognizing the achievements of 4-H youth members, as well as honoring the dedication of adult volunteers and community supporters.

County 4-H Float in the Downtown Napa Holiday Parade
The County 4-H Float in the Downtown Napa Holiday Parade is a community-driven effort to celebrate the holiday season, build connections in 4-H, and showcase the 4-H Program to Napa County. 4-H youth members, adult volunteers, and their families from all 4-H programs are invited to help plan, assemble, and present the float, as well as walk in the parade with the float and represent Napa County 4-H.

Presentation Day
Napa County 4-H Presentation Day provides youth members with a supportive environment to practice and develop public speaking skills. Participants can choose the presentation format that best suits them and receive constructive feedback and guidance from evaluators. Presentation Day is open to all enrolled 4-H members. 4-H Scholarships
Each year, the Napa County 4-H Program Leadership Team awards scholarships to graduating 4-H youth members who meet eligibility requirements. Visit the 4-H Scholarships page for more information.

The Napa County 4-H Recognition Night recognizes the graduating 4-H youth members who have been awarded a 4-H scholarship.

4-H Favorite Foods Day
4-H Favorite Foods Day provides a “Learn by Doing” educational experience for 4-H youth members, whether or not they are enrolled in a 4-H foods project. Emphasis for this event is on nutritional knowledge, menu planning, food safety, table setting, and preparation of a favorite food item. Favorite Foods Day is open to all enrolled 4-H members. 4-H Summer Camp
In the 4-H Camp Program, youth participate in hands-on outdoor education and learning experiences, develop new skills, and form relationships that will last a lifetime. 4-H Summer Camp is open to all Napa County youth ages 9 and older. Visit the 4-H Summer Camp page for more information.
