Enrollment Timeline for 2026-2027 Program Year

4-H Adult Volunteer Enrollment:

4-H Adult Volunteers can login and self-enroll in ZSuite at noon on July 14.

Adult volunteers, previously enrolled in 2025-2026, may continue to serve the 4-H program through November 30, 2026, using the 5-month overlap of service policy. Adult volunteers that were not enrolled in 2025-2026 will need to complete enrollment and appointment requirements prior to participating as an adult volunteer.

4-H Youth Member Enrollment:

Families can login and self-enroll youth participants in ZSuite at noon on August 3.

Youth, previously enrolled in 2025-2026, may participate in culminating events that are a continuation of their participation (e.g., fairs and competitions) during the period when the enrollment system is unavailable, but should re-enroll as soon as the system opens for self-enrollment so they can continue to participate in 4-H activities. Youth participants that were not enrolled in 2025-2026 will need to complete enrollment requirements prior to participating. Enrollment must have an Active status before youth can participate.

Napa County 4-H welcomes youth ages 5 to 18 and adult volunteers to join and be part of our program.

In UC 4-H, youth find their spark, build real world skills, and become resilient, adaptable, lifelong learners. No matter their interests, 4-H gives young people the skills they need to thrive and succeed. 4-H projects and programs focus on agriculture, STEM, leadership, healthy living, and civic engagement.

There are multiple ways for youth and families to participate in the Napa County 4-H Program including 4-H Community Clubs, 4-H Overnight Summer Camp, 4-H Short-Term Programs, and 4-H Afterschool Education Programs.
