The UC Small Farms Network is a statewide program that connects small-scale farmers to evidence-based research and education resources. Our team of Small Farms Advisors and program staff work directly in communities across California, offering practical, locally relevant support to:
- Small-scale and diversified family farms
- Beginning and historically excluded farmers
- Growers of specialty crops not covered by traditional commodity-based extension programs
The UC Small Farms Network is a statewide program of the University of California Agriculture and Natural Resources (UC ANR), integrated within the UC Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education Program (UC SAREP).
