Elkus Ranch REC offers overnight opportunities to schools and incorporated and insured youth groups with a minimum of three chaperones. Groups will stay in platform tents (capacity 20) or in their own tents on Elkus Ranch property adjacent to the Ranch House and will need to provide their own food, bedding, camp chairs, and flashlights. The Ranch House bathroom and kitchen are included in the cost of overnights. As are the big fire ring, barbecue, and picnic tables located down the hill from the Ranch House.
Available Mondays through Saturdays 10:00am Day 1 through 9:00am Day 2
Day 1:
- Arrive at 9:30am to set up camp
- Morning educational program including a tour of our livestock 10:00am-noon
- Break for lunch
- Afternoon ranch chores 1:00pm-3:00pm ending with a visit with our goats and donkeys
Day 2:
Departure at 9:00am the following morning
