Overnight at the Ranch

Elkus Ranch offers overnight opportunities to schools and incorporated and insured youth groups with a minimum of three chaperones. Groups will stay in the Ranch House platform tents (capacity 20) or in their own tents on Elkus Ranch property adjacent to the Ranch House.  The kitchen and bathrooms are conveniently located inside of the Ranch House. A big fire ring, barbecue, picnic tables and more bathrooms are also available down the hill from the Ranch House.

Overnighters will need to provide their own food, bedding, camp chairs, and flashlights; and if using the BBQ or fire ring, their own fuel (wood and briquettes) and BBQ utensils.

As indicated in the schedule below, two Elkus staff-led activities with our livestock are included: an educational tour in the morning and ranch chores in the afternoon.
