NC-140 Rootstock Trials

NC-140 is a group of scientists from over 30 locations within the USA, Canada and Mexico who cooperate on rootstock trials for peaches, apples, cherries and pears. Each trial is replicated in at least 5, and often as many as 20 locations. Peach rootstock plantings were established in 1984, 1994, 2001, 2002 and 2009. California participated in all but the 1994 trial. An annual California report is published each year and final reports are published in scientific journals.
