Grow a salad bar in your backyard in the ground or in containers! For the base, plant lettuce, Swiss chard and spinach. For crunch, add root vegetables like carrots, beets, and radishes. And don't forget to add broccoli and cauliflower, too! Free seeds to participants.

All clubs are welcome to participate as part of the entry sponsored by the Sutter-Yuba 4-H Council. Please RSVP to the 4-H office if your club would like to reserve a spot at 530-822-7515. We will get the line up information on Wednesday or Thursday of the week of the parade.
