PCPA is responsible for processing several other types of programmatic agreements for UC ANR. Agriculture by-products, Hotel Contracts, Agreement Workflow, and Execution/Signature Authority.

An MOU is a memorandum of understanding which is a simple agreement meant to outline a collaboration between two or more parties. An MOU is used to clarify roles and responsibilities between the collaborating parties, while addressing liability, indemnification, insurance, and other risk factors.

The term "TB Testing" is frequently mistaken for the state-mandated "TB Risk Assessment." The State of California designed the tuberculosis (TB) risk assessment as a preventive measure to manage and control TB.

The University frequently revises existing policies and creates new policies in alignment with state and federal regulations. The University invites employee comments on these revisions and new policies before they are finalized.
