In this hands-on class, youll be making your Valentine a citrus curd and a citrus-flavored vinegar to take home. Recipes and samples of "citrusy" treats both sweet and savory will be provided! This class is full - thank you for your interest and please check back for future classes and workshops.

A regular workday at the demo garden on Thursdays, 1pm to 6pm/dusk. The gate will indeed be open and members of the public are welcome to drop in and enjoy the garden and ask for advice. There will be public demos and plant sales.
