Youth Enrollment

Listed here are the enrollment steps to enroll a youth member into 4-H. 
Please read through carefully.

1. Enroll in 4-H Online on Z Suite.*

Create a family profile on Z Suite Members are grouped by Family, so you can add all youth family members who want to join 4-H. 

2. Submit program fees. 

Pay your enrollment Fee.  Enrollment fees are $67.00 per youth and you can pay in one of two ways: 

 

 Option 1: Pay online with a credit card https://surveys.ucanr.edu/survey.cfm?surveynumber=49588  

Please note that the enrollment fee when paying by credit card is $69.50 instead of $67.00. This is to cover any credit card processing fees.

  1. Fill out survey with information requested. Be sure you’re adding the correct amount of children and their names. Click Submit

  2. Once you click submit you’ll be taken to this page. You are not done yet.

  3. Click the “Charge $30.50” blue button to move onto the payment page

  5. Add in payment information.
  6. Submit & Confirm. You’ll receive an email receipt automatically. Keep this in case we need to see it.

Our office will notify the Unit’s Community Club Leader, Enrollment Coordinator, and Treasure of any payments received under these surveys. 

 

Option 2: Pay by check 

Payable to UC Regents and delivered directly or mailed to the 4-H office.

Please make a note of who the enrollment fees are for. (Please note no enrollment fees should be given to the 4-H club leaders unless it is for direct delivery to the 4-H office.)

If you are in need of financial assistance for your youth enrollment, please send an email to jkzediker@ucanr.edu .  Please list the youth name and what club they are enrolling in for the program year in the email content.
 

3. Get activated. 

Once your membership is active, you can start participating in 4-H events and activities!

2. Envíe las tarifas del programa.

Tiene la opción de pagar en efectivo, con cheque o con tarjeta de crédito a su unidad. Puede entregar dinero en efectivo o cheque a los líderes de su club. Si desea utilizar una tarjeta de crédito en línea como pago, complete la siguiente encuesta para completar esta opción de pago. Nuestra oficina notificará al líder del club comunitario, al coordinador de inscripción y al tesoro de la unidad sobre cualquier pago recibido en virtud de estas encuestas.

Si necesita ayuda económica para la inscripción de jóvenes, por favor envíe un correo electrónico a jkzediker@ucanr.edu. En el cuerpo del mensaje, indique el nombre del joven y el club en el que se inscribirá para el año del programa.

 

3.Actívate.

Una vez que su membresía esté activa, podrá realizar modificaciones en su inscripción y comenzar a participar en eventos y actividades de 4-H.
