The UC Master Food Preserver Program, part of UC Cooperative Extension (UCCE), is a volunteer-driven public service sharing research-based food safety and preservation information.

We offer hands-on workshops, community outreach, and trusted advice to help you preserve food safely, reduce waste, and enjoy healthy food.
