Event includes educational contests, English, Western, and Gymkhana Shows. Held at Brookside Equestrian Park in Elk Grove. On-site swimming pool and camping available. See show website here

Location:  Verde View Farms, 1683 N. Del Rey Avenue, Sanger, CA  93657

7:30 am Registration -  Showmanship starts at 8:30 am - Open Card Trail

High Point Buckles awarded to the highest placing in each age division of competition for English, Over Fences, Western, & Gymkhana events

Special Reserve High Point awards Same rider & horse required for High Point eligibility

Division of Novice / 1st   Yr – Junior (ages 9 – 13) –    Senior ages 14 and over   Rosette Ribbons 1st – 6th place  Onsite Snack Bar Available

Pre-registration by noon Friday, Oct 31st to be entered in a prize drawing. Email completed form to tlnewton@ucanr.edu or megabro27@gmail.com

Fresno County 4-H Horse Achievement Day

Written portion administered at project meeting prior to riding skills day on Saturday, June 13th, 2026 at Verdi View Farm
Leaders please contact the 4-H Office to arrange for pick up of written forms. Quiz scores must be reported to the 4-H Office by Friday, June 9th at 9:00 am. 
 
Event check-in at 8:00 am. Cost $2.00 each
Stations starting at 8:30 am. 
All level skills follow the CHA Horsemanship Composite Manual. 
4-H uniform and helmets required. Volunteers needed to assist at stations. Please contact Tracy at 559-241-7525 or email tlnewton@ucanr.edu
