The 4-H Youth Development Program

4-H- The Power of Youth

The 4-H Youth Development Program is an informal educational opportunity where youth, ages 5-19, learn by doing from skilled adult volunteers in project areas like science, health, agriculture, & citizenship.

All 4-H Enrollment is currently completed online through ZSuite Site

If you are a new member you MAY NOT actively participate without completing the enrollment process. All enrollment fees are paid to your 4-H Club Leader or Treasurer. 2025-26 Youth annual fee $72.00. Adult volunteers $30.00. Paper enrollment is also an option for anyone without internet access. 2025-26 Youth Enrollment Packet, zSuite site enrollment is preferred. Fees may be partially or entirely waived up to $72, if financial assistance is necessary. 2025-26 Fee Waiver Request Form. Contact the 4-H Office with questions (559) 241-7519.

Tuesday, March 24th 6:00-8:00 PM. This is a great opportunity to build confidence and real-world communication skills while honoring veterans by preserving their powerful stories for future generations.
