Glenda Humiston
As Vice President of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Glenda Humiston provides leadership for the University of California’s programs in agriculture and natural resources. She serves as Chief Executive Officer of the University of California Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources, leading the implementation of the organization’s mission, shared values, and vision.

Jennifer Bunge
Associate Vice President, Finance & Capital Planning (Interim)
Jennifer Bunge provides strategic leadership in financial management, capital planning, and resource allocation to advance UC ANR’s statewide mission. A CPA with more than two decades of UC experience, she has held a range of fiscal leadership roles and directed the management of $300 million annually from diverse funding sources.
Kathy Eftekhari
Associate Vice President, Administrative Services (Interim)
Chief of Staff to the Vice President ANR
With nearly 40 years of organizational development and operations experience across sectors, Kathy Eftekhari has led revitalization efforts in the U.S. and abroad. Before joining UC ANR as Chief of Staff in 2019, she served six years as Senior Organizational Consultant at UCOP, leading strategic planning and organizational reviews across the UC system.
Darren Haver
Associate Vice President for Research and Cooperative Extension (Interim)
Darren Haver provides leadership for UC ANR’s research and Cooperative Extension programs, drawing on more than 25 years of experience across academic, programmatic and administrative roles. He is known for his deep institutional knowledge, steady leadership and long-standing service across UC ANR.
