Calculating Costs to Hire

Screening

After your job has closed and been taken off the web, you can begin screening your applicants. You will need to review each applicants materials and decide on your interview pool. When it comes time to screen the applications use the TAM Candidate Disposition Spreadsheet.

Interviewing

Your HR Analyst will contact you when you are approved to begin the interview process. It is recommended that you review the Interview Guidelines as it contains detailed information about each step of the interviewing process.

Closing Your Recruitment

Once your HR Analyst and Affirmative Action have completed their review of the selected candidate, your HR Analyst will send you a message instructing you to begin conducting a reference check for your selected candidate.

Conditions of Employment

After your selected candidate has been approved by Affirmative Action, your HR Analyst will begin working on a salary offer. For most positions, this salary offer will need to be approved by Senior Management before making the verbal offer.
