Gardening is in My Family

Sheltering-in-place has resulted in mixed results in gardening as a hobby. I recently learned from a friend that she has lost interest in gardening. I wondered what she's been feeding herself. She normally plants a lot of vegetables. She has dozens of fruit trees.

Hibiscus Vacation

What flower, plant or tree comes to mind when you envision the word vacation? During this pandemic, when I have wanted to get out and experience a novel (to me) location, my mind reverts to places where I lived or visited as a child and the flora of those places.
