2021 Meritorious Service Award

In his 16th year of service to the 4-H Youth Development Program, Hill serves Merced, Madera, and Mariposa Counties where he has developed and implemented programming to better serve his communities and focus on Diversity, Equity, and inclusion efforts while serving in various Association leadership roles.
