After the author submits a story for review, it is either returned to the author for more information or it is forwarded to an editor. The editor edits for readability by a lay person and to fit on one page. The author must approve the edits before the story can be posted on the Web site. Once posted at http://ucanr.org/delivers, the one-pagers can be printed from the Web site and used as leave-behinds for meetings with legislators, county supervisors, members of Congress, and other stakeholders. You can also provide them as background to reporters doing stories on the subject.
