The Plumas-Sierra County 4-H Youth Development Program provides opportunity for youth ages 5 through 19 to find their Spark, Grow their abilities and Thrive in their communities!
IT'S ENROLLMENT TIME FOR THE 2025-2026 4-H PROGRAM YEAR!
There are 3 steps to enrollment:
1. Identify your community club/unit
Your 4-H Club serves as a community hub! We encourage you and your family to attend the monthly club meetings to experience the positive impact that 4-H members and volunteers have on the community.
Not sure which club is right for you? Visit Plumas-Sierra County 4-H for more information about available clubs. We recommend reaching out to the Community Club Leaders via phone or email if you have any questions. This will help you choose the 4-H Club that best fits your member and family.
2. Enroll members and adult volunteers in ZSuite.
If your household is NEW to 4-H, you will need to create a household profile and then add members and/or adult volunteers. Families re-enrolling, please be sure to log into ZSuite using the same email you used last year, or your profile will not link up.
Choose your unit and select from available projects. If you also want to participate in a project offered by a neighboring unit, you will need to add that unit as secondary.
3. Pay annual enrollment dues.
The annual 2025-26 4-H youth member fee is $67.00, and the adult volunteer leader fee is $28.00. MEMBERS and VOLUNTEERS can only be APPROVED upon RECEIPT of PAYMENT
To pay your 4-H Enrollment Fees online (there is a $2.00 per member credit card charge) click here to: PAY BY CREDIT CARD
Or MAKE CHECK PAYABLE to "UC REGENTS" and include member name(s) in the memo. Checks can be provided to your Club Advisor or to the 4-H County Office at 208 Fairground Rd, Quincy, CA 95971. Cash cannot be accepted at the 4-H Office.
The Plumas-Sierra 4-H Youth Development Program is open to participants, regardless of their ability to pay. Program fees can be waived or reduced for eligible volunteers and youth. 4-H Fee Reduction Waiver form
Some 4-H Clubs provide payment for their returning members - check with your 4-H Community Club for more information.
MEMBERS WHO WANT TO EXHIBIT IN THE 2026 PLUMAS-SIERRA COUNTY FAIR MUST BE APPROVED IN THE ZSUITE SYSTEM BY 11/26/2025
Please note that our office will be closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday:
Thursday, November 27th, and Friday, November 28th.
Therefore, the 2025-26 Enrollment Fee payment must be received BEFORE the close of business on Wednesday, November 26th,
to ensure placement into the ZSuite system on that date and meet the deadline
to exhibit in the upcoming 2026 Plumas/Sierra County Fair.
The 4-H Office will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 26th
The 4-H program year officially runs July through June, and enrollment is open year-round. Since the Plumas-Sierra County Fair in July is a main opportunity for our members to show their skills and project products, summer is the culminating time of the previous year. Therefore, some projects kick off in the Fall, with the animal projects typically not starting until later in the program year. Project meeting schedules are made by the individual project leader. Please check with your 4-H Community Club for more information.
CODE OF CONDUCT
All members, families, and volunteers must follow the 4-H policies and codes of conduct. All 4-H Leaders and 4-H members must sign a waiver of Liability form, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement form every year. All 4-H volunteers must be approved by the DOJ/FBI via Livescan and complete all required training. Creating a safe, youth-directed, youth-focused positive environment depends on the quality of our youth-adult partnerships.
