UC ANR participated for the first time in the UC systemwide Maintain Don't Gain Challenge, closing 2018 mindful of their holiday eating habits and positioning themselves for a healthful beginning of the New Year. In all, 144 UC academics and staff signed up for the challenge.

Jennifer Goerlitz, 4-H youth development program representative for Calaveras County, passed away Dec. 17, 2018. She was 54. Goerlitz was the 4-H program coordinator for Calaveras County for 30 years, first with Calaveras County. She transitioned to UC Cooperative Extension in 2012.

UPDATE: The deadline to enroll in Duo has been extended to March 31, 2019. To maintain access to critical systems such as the Time Reporting System (TRS), AggieTravel and AggieBuy, enroll in Duo by Feb. 13.
