The New Technologies for Ag Extension 2022-2023 Yearbook documents dozens of projects funded through the New Technologies for Ag Extension program, a cooperative agreement between USDA National Institute for Food and Agriculture, Oklahoma State University and the Extension Foundation.

Milton Neil Schroth, a world-renowned plant pathologist and professor emeritus with more than three decades of service to UC Berkeley, died on Oct.11. He was 90. Schroth was born on June 25, 1933, and grew up in Southern California.

Cervantes joins NOS as broadcast communication specialist Diana Cervantes joined UC ANR on Sept. 5 as the new broadcast communication specialist for News and Information Outreach in Spanish, or NOS.

UC President Michael Drake recently approved six new members for the UC President's Advisory Commission on Agriculture and Natural Resources. These new members will help represent some missing geography and interest groups' perspectives, said Vice President Glenda Humiston.
