ANR Update

For business managers, fiscal officers, Contracts and Grants accounting personnel, and all personnel who work with requisitions/purchase orders, invoices, check requests, deposits, expense reimbursements, and the UCPath HR and payroll system, below are upcoming system cutoff dates.

As of 11:59 p.m. at the conclusion of Giving Tuesday 2023, generous donors gave $99,446 for UC Cooperative Extension and the statewide programs, institutes and research centers that make up UC ANR.

As you may have heard, ANR will be migrating from Kuali (KFS) to the new Aggie Enterprise system in January 2024. Some of the systems being replaced include Kuali Financial System (KFS), AggieBuy and FIS Decision Support.

Due to time reporting issues and current systems constraints, we are implementing a minor change to the UC ANR Curtailment dates.

Update 11/30/23: The cutover schedule has been revised and will now be Saturday, Dec. 9, from 6 a.m. to Monday, Dec. 11, concluding at 7 p.m. ANR IT is excited to provide an update on our progress on relocating to a new Data Center and firing up new equipment.
