ANR Update

Thanks to the generosity of the Hrdy family, we are pleased to announce that four proposals have been selected for funding through The Daniel & Sarah Hrdy Fund for UC Cooperative Extension Research.

In order to adapt to recent changes in statewide public health guidance concerning mask requirements in public places, UC ANR has updated our Mask Protocol.

Linda Forbes has been appointed interim director of Publishing, assuming many of the responsibilities held by Jim Downing, who is leaving UC ANR for a new job in Oakland. His last day is March 4. These duties are in addition to Linda's role as Strategic Communications director.

On February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin launched a military invasion of Ukraine. As a result, the United States and other nations have announced sanctions against Russia.
