ANR Update

Research scale-down Based on the statewide stay home order issued by Governor Newsom last night, and in accordance with UC guidance, the information that was provided yesterday on research continuity is now supplemented with additional guidance.

UCANR off-campus research continuity plan Guidelines have been developed for off-campus research continuity. Please review them here. UC ANR remains open for important research activities, but these activities must be adjusted in accordance with COVID-19 guidance.

Nominations are being accepted for the 2020 ANR Distinguished Service Awards, which are sponsored by UC Agriculture and Natural Resources and Academic Assembly Council.

Paid administrative leave categories and permissible usage: Pursuant to President Napolitano's Executive Order Dated March 16, 2020, effective immediately, employees will be eligible to receive up to 128 hours paid administrative leave in order to cope with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
