Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are postponing our class in Spanish that was scheduled for August 24, 2021. We hope to have a new date soon. There's still time to register for our class in English on August 31 at 6:00 p.m. The class will be held outdoors in a shady spot near Harvest Hall.

If you are subscribed to this email blog, you are already familiar with the UCCE Stanislaus County Master Gardener Program. We thought it would be fun to interview some of our volunteers so you can learn more about them, and why they volunteer.

August is here, and summer vegetable plants are still growing strong. It's hard to believe it's time to start thinking about planting your fall vegetable garden! We are offering two free, in-person classes.

Are you interested in helping others and giving back to your community? The UCCE Master Gardener Program is looking for you! You don't need to be an authority on gardening.

If you have a gardening question about a plant with concerning symptoms, you can submit details and photos using our Ask a Master Gardener Survey. But what if we can't tell what's wrong from your photos? If this is the case, we may ask you to drop off a sample to our office.
