Dr. John Madsen (USDA-ARS Invasive Species and Pollinator Health, Davis, CA) just received the 2020 Outstanding Scientist Award from the Northeast Aquatic Plant Management Society.

On January 22, 2020, the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) released the Interim Registration Review Decision on glyphosate.

The IR4 program conducts a significant amount of research to facilitate registration of pesticides (both conventional and biopesticides) on specialty crops. The program also supports similar work on a range of non-food crops through the Environmental Horticulture program.
