The website provides information on what to do before (create defensible space), during (procedures for evacuation) and how to cope after a wildfire does occur and help your landscape recover.

  • Amador County Fire Safe Council - Fire safety information and resources for the residents of Amador County.
  • Calaveras Foothills Fire Safe Council - The Calaveras Foothills Fire Safe Council is helping to maintain the quality of life for residents (human as well as local animal and vegetation species) as we coexist within each Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI) Zone in the Council's sphere of influence that encompasses Calaveras County and portions of Western Alpine County.

  • Nevada Fire Safe Council - Serves 125 communities throughout the State of Nevada and the Lake Tahoe Basin, including portions of El Dorado County and Placer County, California.
