Central Coast Good Fire Fair.  Let's talk about good fire!  Learn the how/where/why about the entities who currently use fire on the landscape in the region, such as California State Parks, CALFire, Indigenous groups, and the Central Coast Prescribed Burn Association.

ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:

  • LEARN HOW TO SAFELY BUILD, TEND AND EXTINGUISH A CAMPFIRE
  • WATCH PILES AND REDWOOD UNDERSTORY BURN LIVE (MOST LIKELY BETWEEN 11AM-1PM)
  • FOOD TRUCKS
  • BOOTHS AND EDUCATIONAL DEMONSTRATIONS
  • LEARN HOW TO MAKE YOUR HOME MORE RESILIENT TO WILDFIRE
  • TEST YOUR FIRE KNOWLEDGE AND WIN DOOR PRIZES!
