4-H Council officers are elected volunteers who work with local 4-H Youth Development staff and the University of California Cooperative Extension to support the educational activities of Community Clubs. Some duties of 4-H Council are developing and coordinating events, raising and accounting for funds, and facilitating trainings for volunteers.
