2026 Siskiyou County Livestock Pass Training

The Livestock Pass is a permit issued to approved commercial livestock operators before a disaster
strikes. The goal of this program is to identify commercial livestock operators (greater than or equal
to 50 head of livestock or beehives) to emergency responders during a disaster so that pass holders
may be granted entrance to evacuation zones to care for livestock sheltering-in-place.
